Serving Cary, Raleigh, Apex, and the Greater Triangle Region
As the Managing Broker at Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty in Cary, North Carolina, I also serve as a trusted real estate advisor to homeowners and high-performing individuals. Navigating important transitions, providing clarity, discretion, and outcome-driven strategy so decisions feel calm, informed, and well-protected, is the most important thing that I can do for my clients. Whether locally or when relocating to the Triangle from out of state, it is my pleasure to assist my clients in achieving their goals while alleviating the stress that may be associated with selling and/or buying a home.
A Background Grounded in Design, Craft, and Perspective
After growing up in Raleigh, I attended East Carolina University, earning a B.S. Degree in Communications with a focus on Media Productions. I then began my career in film and television for nine years before transitioning to real estate more than two decades ago. I’ve represented clients in luxury waterfront markets in Palm Beach and Vero Beach, Florida, historic Wilmington, North Carolina, and now across the Triangle. That path shaped a deep appreciation for architecture, neighborhood character, and the emotional weight that often accompanies major real estate decisions.
Luxury as an Experience — Not a Price Point
For me, luxury is not defined by price. It is defined by judgment, preparation, communication, and care — the way the process feels as much as the result. My role is not simply to sell a home, but to guide clients through positioning, sequencing, and negotiation to protect both outcome and peace of mind.
Clients who work with me value thoughtful planning over pressure, discretion alongside global exposure, and advice rooted in a long-term perspective rather than short-term theatrics.
Insight for Local and Relocating Clients
Whether advising a Cary homeowner or assisting a client relocating to the Triangle, I provide clear insight into neighborhoods, schools, local culture, and lifestyle considerations that support confident, forward-looking decisions. I work with both longtime residents and those discovering the area for the first time, tailoring guidance to what matters most in each situation.
Commitment to Community and Stewardship
My wife, our three daughters, and our cockapoo have deep roots in Cary and absolutely love living here. I am an active member of The Cary Rotary Club and support philanthropic organizations, including The Pretty In Pink Foundation, which provides financial assistance to breast cancer patients across North Carolina. Contributing to the community I serve is a responsibility I take seriously, both personally and professionally.
If you are considering selling a home or planning a move to the Triangle, I welcome a thoughtful conversation.
